Our software Farm Matters offers full sorting and filtering functions with the data displayed on a grid similar to Excel. You can switch columns you want on/off and arrange the column in what ever order you want. You can check out our basic tutorial at www.farm-software.co.uk, click the Watch the Video button. Happy to help as always.

Maybe ours isn't the same? we just go menu and then print, but have to make sure print setup matches the group we want to print. I'll have a look in the manual, which is as clear as mud!

Don't know if applicable to yours, lot of guff about setting date headers etc, but key 25 OK as the short cut. printing will commence? can send you the lot if you want.

its a good simple system , for general day to day movements for number records its perfect , compared to the psion based systems , we had a movement book , just scan print and stick in . good for arams forms as well . for most farmers perfect .
just need online instructions , lol

Tag-ie has gone bust :(

I have a Tag-ie 2 reader and have been getting on ok with it.
I’m not sure what to do,the reader still works fine but if there is no backup/upgrades available is it worth looking to change now?

3 options really.

Continue with Tag-ie until it stops working. Likelihood of that being in the middle of lambing.

Change to a different reader now and take the financial hit even though my reader is still working.

Give up on recording and progeny linking.

Has been suggested that if I get another reader then the agrident 300 would be a good option. I can’t really justify the £1500 plus on the shearwell system for 500 ewes.
