Got a 60 day severe test booked for Tuesday week after we had one go down with lesions in the abbatoir. I certainly don’t want it delayed. Can’t buy anything in until I’ve had this test completed and I have two batches of calves in rearing units waiting to come on

That test will be a check test for slaughterhouse case. 😡 Even if clear it won't count as a clear test IIRC

My test is tomorrow for the jabs do should be fine pre lock down.

I helped out my nieghbour for his test mid lock down. No delay for him.

^^ If you haven't had gamma before, beware. Or be aware. It is likely that the first visit will not hoover up all available samples and the team will have to come back. They may omit to inform you of this. Gamma doesn't count as a clear test either, so if you have gamma reactors (very likely, given its specificity) then you still need skin tests and they cannot be done if reactors are on the farm, and if you over run the timing window, that's a hanging offence - even if it's Apha's fault.

Good luck.
