Telehandler choice

It’s a bit of a generalisation “which is best”.
If all the dealers are good and you have no preference, just buy the one you can get the best deal on?
Or personally, if your driving it yourself, why not buy the one you like?

Sorry, meant to say cheapest for parts but “best” for reliability and user friendliness. Simplicity and pressure washer friendly (electrics!) would be the preferred choice as well!

We run Merlos and would never change but the parts are extortionate. We are going from owning our machine to hiring one. We can have a 5 year hire deal with green handlers which includes all the servicing, 5 year warranty and you get a brand new top spec machine every year over the 5 years as well as a guaranteed next day replacement if our machine goes bang. This is for less than the depreciation of a new Merlo which only comes with a three year warranty.

i'm i being thick here? if your hiring why would a 5 year warranty be of any importance other than to the company hiring it to you? 🤔:X3:

if its hired in surely you dont pay for repairs outside of its warranty anyways?

Tried a Kramer before buying another JCB. Kramer nicely finished, lovely yard transmission but let down by poor vision over the engine and, most significantly for us it won't tow.

Will look into a bobcat but JCB seems the sensible option it would seem. Always had one In the past with little bother so question answered. Thanks!
