I’m new to this whole park run thing, did my second one yesterday and now my calfs have seized up[emoji22] used to love cross country in school but haven’t run since until the last few weeks. As I’m approaching 40 next year I feel like I need to improve my cardio vascular a bit so want to try and do a run every week and a park run once a month. It’s a bit of a pain to have to drive for 45mins each way just to do a 5k park run but we’ll see how it goes.
