They do seem to have a lot going on! How did you find the hwest park run? I’ve never done it but most people from work seem to drive to the Colby one :scratchhead:
Not done any others to compare but it was good, half on grass and half on tarmac, couple of gentle slopes and coffee and cake in the cricket club afterwards.

Rolled in with a 29m 48s .... it was horribly cold & windy, struggled with the breathing for the first 3/4 mile but still managed a sub 30 ! Ordered a cheap snood for the cold weather :ninja::)

Fastest time since September this morning (y)
It's always pleasant to be following a fit bum for some of the way. These modern lycra clothes can definitely enhance certain shapes
A bit of a shock when I found out the curvy posterior of the one I was behind this morning belonged to the daughter of someone who was in my class at school :unsure:

Anybody doing christmas day?
I'm planning too, but I've got a neighbour's cattle to look after as well as my own plus the turkey to cook and I'll probably still be wrapping presents from starting my present shopping tomorrow afternoon. Plus I normally have a tiny bit of a hangover on Christmas morning too, so we shall have to see if I actually make it there!

The wife and I signed up to do another 10k in March, looks like I will get little prep in again though as things are just so busy at the moment.

I am going to make a push to try and get out in the mornings before I go to the office, as that seems to be the only time I have really.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
