There is no more money

I think the referendum was a way the public could voice it's anger at many things, even some that had nothing to do with the EU. But I would agree that immigration was the strongest single factor that people came up with, certainly amongst folk I know anyway.

that just about sums it up, it was the straw that broke the Camel's back.

So the stock market is up because... oh yeah complete lack of confidence
What no one on here invests on the stock market & cashed it in? Your reading the wrong threads my friend.
And your the one calling people naive , although you couldn't spell it correctly!(y)
I live near one of Cornwalls biggest independent employers (manufacturing farm machinery) they've had to start extra shifts & take on new staff to keep up with demand. Where are these new markets for British farm machinery? America (although trump may knock that one on the head ) & China.
Now go out & ask afew businesses how their doing before coming back with cheap remarks:D:cool:
So if they're trading with America and China now, as members of the EU, do we need to leave the EU to trade with countries outside the union?

No! Certainly not.
I think our exports are 50 % to Europe & 50% to the rest of the world atm. I only see that changing a small amount IF we leave.
But PGAs reasons for buying Vauxhall are interesting- A British brand will sell better in some parts of the world than a French brand!(y)

I was quite astounded to discover that the head-buck-cat at PSA, was a British woman!
Which indeed might have had a small effect on the decision to purchase Vauxhall.

Blame the politicians that chose to ignore the electorates concerns about immigration and the insidious erosion of our national sovereignty.

You and Walt could always shack up together, somewhere in deepest EU heaven.

Have you had a chance to look at England's national football team at the World Cup?.... I would say 80% of the players are from an immigrant background. These dozen or so players, probably pay more in income tax weekly, then thousands of farmers pay annually combined.

Maybe you should visit the packed bars in your local town and tell the England supporters that these players are eroding our national sovereignty, see how that goes down.

The government of this country make the laws, yet people on here blame the immigrants who come here to work. They are here because they do the jobs that the English won't do.

We have millions of our own who sit on benefits, what do we do with them?

If the English weren't so lazy we wouldn't need immigrant labour. If English benefits weren't so generous maybe people would have an incentive to work. People like yourself are blaming Europe for an English problem.

The problem here is the wrong people are breeding, the family with 5 kids and both parents not working, those kids will probably follow there parents as roll models and end up not working and signing on.
Your working parents will only have 2 kids because they can,t afford anymore, nursery fees, child care etc etc. these kids will do better at school therefore better in life, why, I here you ask, because they were born for the right reasons and not for financial gain.
Anyway, I do agree with you about some English being lazy, some leave uni and expect to walk into a 50k per a job instead of working up, but don,t mention footballers as an example please, most have off sore accounts to sort the tax out, along with are so called celebrities.

As it’s obviously an English problem we need to cross breed them with the Scottish/Welsh/Irish, introduce a bit of hybrid vigour, problem solved.

The immigrants are here because the basic wage is more than a skilled engineer can earn in their own country.
Who wants useless lazy people working for them they are a liability, better off long term on benefits.

Meanwhile, pure white Englanders perform just as one expects they would in Russia. No need to ask how these specimens voted in the referendum.

I’ve no interest in football, but I do find it a bit odd that players don’t have to be born in the country they’re representing.

I don’t blame the immigrants, l blame the politicians that lost control of the situation.

Did you get a chance to look at the team that won the thing 52 years ago?

It’s an interesting point, what’s best to do with those who simply don’t want a job?
Just pay them to stop at home, after watching benefits Britain I think we get good value for money, stripping out middle the highly paid management in government departments and sending them to join them would be a good start.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
