As the title says is it too late for Lucerne rye grass mix. I'm on the south coast. What are peoples thoughts or best wait for spring? Thanks

Ok think the next question how well does the seed store?
The inoculant will have a detrimental effect on the seed over time. A very short time ago (some still do) the only seed available had to be inoculated on farm. I would try and store it as safely as possible and at a constant temperature and if you do decide to keep it until the spring do a germ test.

It's all very well to say drill it now they don't have to live with the consequences.
We won't get into why drill grass seed with it.;)

I would sow it in the great desert lands of Sussex. Rain is forecast tonight, the first time for nearly 4 weeks and amounts are forecast to be small so will only lay the dreadful dust.
Plant in the morning and it will have enough moisture to get it started, no cold forecast for some time to come and being close to the Channel will help as the sea is warm.

Will you help clear snow?
