Situation Vacant Tractor Driver

We are a 400ha arable farm on the Suffolk/Essex border looking for a full time tractor driver for drilling, variable rate fert spreading, potato planting, relief spray operator, chainsaw man. We currently grow wheat, spring barley, potatoes, sugar beet, peas/linseed. The farm is in a higher tier scheme with various arable options together with 40ha of marsh grazing and 20ha of woodland. We have some land that is true no-till, some direct drilled cereals and limited low disturbance sub-soiled. Ideally the candidate would have an interest in variable rate technology, conservation ag , woodland management.
This job is for a head tractor driver with the enthusiasm and ability to work with a small team and develop the role, accommodation is available if required.
