Trailer value?

It's a 10'6 x 6'6 flatbed with headboard, had a new wooden floor about 3 years ago. The previous owner claimed it was one of the first Ifor Williams ever made but there's no plate or stamp or anything so I don't know if that's true, it's just got a green frame that looks hand painted. Tyres are reasonable, brakes do the job. I've already got a potential buyer, just need a rough price guide on what to ask as I can't find anything similar online.

Best I could do, the Leyland has a permanently flat battery.

Workout a plate it’s not fit for the road. And I’d question if the tyres would actually be serviceable.
Do everyone else on the road a favour and weigh it in
To be fair it's done a few thousand miles over the last 25 years without a single issue, pulling six layers of hay, five wet round bales of silage, and quite recently a two ton tractor all the way down the Welsh hills. I think Mr Williams built them to last back then.

Just because there wasn’t an issue doesn’t meant it’s roadworthy.

I had a similar 12ft one with sides, the sides must weighed over 20kg for each section. Bought it for £100 and needed new floor, tyres, brakes including all new rod linkages and lights. Sold it for under £200 to 2 pikies who drove off with the lighting lead trailing on the ground. :banghead: In hindsight a new trailer would have been cheaper.

She probably won't use it, she'll just fill it with wood and horse tackle and park it up with all the others. I'll ask £300 and see what she says. I'm in no rush to sell yet.
