We have a Trimble XCN 1050 set up fitted to a JD 6830, predominantly used for spraying.
It picks up and follows an A/B line for so long, then seems to drift slightly then give the wheel a handful to get back on line, causing it to oversteer the other way, ending up with it swerving from side to side trying to correct itself.
The only way to stop it is to take control, get it back on track, and re-engage.
Other than changing the steering aggressiveness setting, which doesn’t seem to make any difference, is there anything that could be done to stop this happening ?
Or could it just be that it can’t cope with forward speed used (12 - 14kph)
