good drainage not mud I drill nov dec good seed rate, last year 9th nov winter wheat no black grass, end of sept wheat black grass
and big spray bill, this year spring barley and spring beans, peas a washout
What drill did you use for the 9th Nov drilled wheat ?

flea beetle attacking in force sprayed today was hoping it was to late for attack,. simon been today on way back from lakes, took pics going to put on face book, just spent 3 hours trying to upload pics got them to downloads but need to get the on pictures file computer sending them to picaso then cannot recover them

:banghead: sorry but uploading pics is not that hard especially if you have managed it once! I don't know how much more explanation I can give without knowing exactly what is going on at the other end.
took 3 hours try to remember the order to move pics
Looks like that needs a good dose of Amino A [emoji6][emoji23][emoji85]
amino a going on in mornig a small amount first , only very small rape

7mm of rain since April, very impressive! Im just north of Doncaster and we had 90mm last month (granted mostly in one 63mm afternoon on the 21st)

May be wrong but none of the pictures look like it's DD as very little trash.
the rape was dd into failed rape drilled by my old drill a coventual seed bed today half the rape has vanished through cabbage stem flea beetle put on second spray tonight finished in the dark one hour later started to spit with rain went late because beetle come out at night hope this hold them back, fingers crossed been setting drill up this afternoon to drill winter barley planted 4ha before spraying rape, into 30 mm false seed bed sprayed off with roundup,

second spray in two days no rape in area so all made for mine , the rape came up but vanishing
