What’s this off?!

Hi folks, just wondering if someone could give me an answer as to what this is off?! Feel free to move if it sits in the wrong section.
We found it while clearing under a work bench. I suspect it’s from some time ago but we’ve had Ford, New Holland, Massey and Claas tractors on the job over the years so I’m a bit in the dark. Have looked at lots of PTO trans stubs but can’t find a proper match! Thanks in advance.

You get first prize as it's definitely a Massey PTO shaft. I've got two for my 6150s.

I back mine onto a steep slope and change it- you lose very little that way.

Thank you so much @Lincs Lass! Oddly enough the only Massey we had to my knowledge was a couple of 4840‘s so where on earth that’s been picked up from is anybody’s guess!! ??

Only 4840 ive seen is the one at carrington rally along with the 80 ,,a very X relative drove an 80 down at Old Leak ,,it walked away with a 9 leg flat lift

No idea ,,only knew the lad on it through family

Contractor used to chop our silage with a 4840 around 1980/81. Beast of a thing back then!
On YouTube, Cole the Cornstar's family have a couple, one, maybe two, working, and an old one with knackered tyres and possibly a blown gearbox for sale.
