After 6 weeks with no mobile reception at all, and being promised "working in 48 hours" over and over again, they have finally said repairs to the mast mean that I will now not get a signal until they build a new mast. Yeh, like that is going to happen!
No other provider works either. Such is progress! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I seem to remember you have to be able to contact 999- anyone know?
You must live in a cave, in a valley, surrounded by volcanic mountains and the only access is a goat track

I mile off a major A road...
They had the nerve to suggest if I upgraded my account I would get a better signal! I asked them how paying them more would change the mast location...
I am supposed to be getting FTTP "next month" so will be able to do something then, hopefully.

Did that with local mcdonalds once when they owed money except it was the slurry tanker, got my money, only advice would be dont threaten to do it unless you will cary it out, sometimes I wish someone would call my bluff, mind end up in clink but at least I would have my five minutes of fame

Parcel2go who I book parcels with offered to have it put on Collect + but that's just as slow and the parcel was too big. Cancelled & refunded in the end...

Gone ParcelForce 24 today it'll be there tomorrow.

Won't be anything else going with Hermes in the future.

I use Landmark as well for sending non urgent stuff into Europe. It's slow motion but cheap and does the job... Problem is , it starts off in the UK with Hermes o_O

Royal Mail that has lost some medical records posted to me by "signed for" mail. They track when it was posted and when it arrived but not where it is...
Tell me, the person who posted it knew they posted it and the person who gets it knows they get it, so paying for "signed for" does what exactly?...
And I cannot report it until 10 days after the expected date of delivery. When you ask them what was the expected date, they dont know, so they recommend waiting 3 weeks. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Where abouts in the North West?

My Fed Ex comes out of the Deeside depot..Always found them quite good.

I've had very few problems with Fed Ex to be fair they're one of my preffered ones to be bringing me stuff. But they dd lose a box of new Jeep Diff Parts a few months back that were destined for Dumfries and it was stuck on the radar as being in Milton Keynes. Silly woman in customer services wanted me to tell her what it looked like so she could try and find it:LOL: A Box ?
With customers address?

I've ordered a load of bits at 4pm today.. Currently sat in Warrensville Heights Ohio waiting for Fed-Ex and will be here Thursday before 12... 10.30ish if its the usual girl on the van I reckon.

Had a customer order something a month ago, ignore the invoice that followed and then he appeared to fall off the face of the planet. Annoying... but it happens.
A few days ago, the same chap tried to order something else. Invoiced again... ignored again. He refuses to answer the phone or his emails (he ordered via email) etc etc. All the while I'm getting rather annoyed.

I googled his name and address to see who / what he is and it immediately brings up a police report, stating that he was arrested and charged a few years ago because he went around kicking in a load of shop and pub windows in a drunken rage, two nights on the trot! He was also barred from every pub in town. He has previous form, too - theft and four counts of criminal damage. Classy guy.

I think I'll void his invoices, block his number and block him on eBay. Nobody needs a 'customer' like that! :nailbiting:
