What rollers for new rollers

I’d like to recommend NRH as a great product.....but only provided they have sorted the paintwork issue out. Mine have awful flaking paintwork, which lets down an otherwise great set of rollers.

12m is worth it if you can afford the extra. Don’t forget brakes too!

Cousins are as good as any IMO.
We have a good set of 8.2m FarmForce here, 24" rings with breakers if anyone interested in used ?

Dalbo are a good set of rings and brakes are also a must, esp if you are doing a lot of travelling between fields.
Oversize tyres are also a good idea. The standard tyres cut into grassland if it is slightly soft.

Dalbo and Heva are both the more modern brands I have used. Nice equipment. That said, if you can find a reasonable second hand set that's 12m wide, I'd snap them up regardless of the brand. An old twose set or something would do fine just don't take it down the road at 50kph.

Sadly the Uk ones are good but you need to be careful. NRH can be on the heavy side and the rings can be brittle compared to Dalbo snowflake rings. Twose avoid the rack and pinion models they require good maintenance to keep them ok. Cousins vertical fold can be a little unstable on the road and there side winders destroy tires and run on different tracks to the tractor so can be difficult on some farm tracks.

What hp do most pull there 12m set with. Also as I was going to use rollers mainly for after drilling or post emergence of the crop. Will 22 inch be better.? Thinking slot about it however planning on a 20 year lifetime investment here
