neighbour had a badgerface lamb turn up one day about 18mth ago (wether) , couldnt find owner (no tags) , anyway let it run on with the flock ,turned into quite a useful companion animal for odds and sods as it was quiet and would follow out the gate , etc , finally found owner by chance (he has other badgerface ) , Whats a good condition 4t badgerface worth to cull ? not many around here to compare , they would like to keep him on for horses and happy to pay a reasonable price (concidering they have kept for over 12months)

As they've kept him for 12 months, £5 should cover the balance nicely.

We had a similar situation, neighbours keep all sorts on moor , Badger ewe was forever in our despite us evicting it countless times
It’s always in the mowing field or clearing a wall to another field
I said “ I may as well buy the barsteward as it’s always here”
£30 about 3 years back and it’s still a barsteward but always has a cracking lamb

Last load of Torwens I sent as culls made £30 last year, the only difference being they were productive whereas he's just going to eat grass and get fat.

Even the famous Derby Ram wasn't 4t.

I would contact the Guinness Book of Records.

I had the pleasure of guiding Princess Anne round the sheep classes at our county show, a few years back. And she let out a bit of a gasp when we passed a very fine example of a Badgerface Ram. She later explained that one of those “expletive, expletive things got in with her flock and covered half of them before they could catch the expletive thing”
Obviously the expletives were of the regal variety but she did go up a notch or two in my opinion of her.
