I do buy Silver Spoon & always support British grown .Just checking were it’s from . I even pull up supermarkets who have imported onions , potatoes etc .Why not just buy Silver Spoon to be sure if it’s British you want?

If it was British beet then surely it would also have RT logo on. As far as I am aware, Silver Spoon is the only British beet sugar (and even they might buy in in a bad year).No, have a look at the image in the link, clearly states British sugar were the packed in Britain logo is in the image above

Obviously Aldi source from wherever they can get the cheapest deal on the day, just looked at their website, todays offering is British caster sugar, but granulated is "packed in Britain".
