Why are people so scruffy

Just picked sack of empty cans and plastic bottles and more worrying some one with an addiction to Tesco’s pear cider from about a 200 yard stretch of my gate entrance
Why can’t people take their crap home

We have an "informal" layby on the other side of the road, at the end of our farms ag access entrance. Always collecting food and drink debris and the odd larger bag.

Some scrote was leaving dustbin bags from cannabis growing with all the stalks in them several times a year. Now, I tend to tip out that "organic" debris, as it'll soon rot down. I put some bags in the pickup bed the first time to lob in the bin, and it stunk of weed for several days afterwards!! :)

This week, there were 6 25l drums of waste oil, so I called the council, as their approach to receiving waste nowadays has caused the problem in many ways!!

Doesn’t help when you need permits etc to take a triuck/trailer/van to the tip, surely they should be encouraging people to take stuff there!
Last time I tried to take some rubbish to the tip, the workers wouldn’t let me in with a swb Vitara because it was classed as a commercial vehicle.

So I went home took the rubbish out and put it in the back of the estate car and it was then ok to get rid of the same rubbish. No wonder some folk fly tip it :banghead::facepalm:

Got a woman who walks her dog every day down our track/bridle way, she always has a can of Stella, when she gets back to her car she throws the empty can in the ditch/hedge. A fair pile of them now, I have asked her not to but still she persists, not uncommon to see 40 or so empty cans. I do pick them up from time to time but just seems typical of people today, they just dont give a sh!t.
