Christ that was hard work. All cat parks full but nothing to tell you that. So half got questing into the place followed by half hour queuing back out we ended up in Park and ride.
a sign on the main roundabout would’ve saved a whole load of hassle

I never bother trying to get in the field always used the park and ride.

Was in a quandary as to whether to go to the show or go flying as it`s the 1st decent day for a while.
So decided best option was to fly over the show.

Saw a few gaps, in aisles with some ‘future Feb York machinery sale’ items parked in them, to fill those noticeable gaps in lines ….

That`s a bit odd, Ripon Farm Services have some pics on their faceache page from YAMS and they look like J D tractors to me......... You Massey men can be a bit blinkered though ! Not like J D enthusiasts....

There were cars in the museum and in the field behind Thompsons mill.
People were abandoning cars in Murton village. More parking tickets coming.
Was anyone spending anything?

Parking horrendous. Not nearly enough.

Plenty of spaces at the park and ride but I can’t remember seeing any signs for it .maybe they just need better directions from the roundabout

Looked at flying down last year, landing at Elvington and getting a bus across to the show
It would have taken longer on the bus than it would to fly down.

Flew down from Fishburn airfield in Co. Durham
Could have flown down to the south coast, although bladder won`t last that long

I think you’ll find the entire stock from Askham Bryan was there. Only a few miles down road
