I have made a low disturbance tine drill from a Simba Free Flow using the J J Metcalfe points.
It is a 3m drill. I have used 16 tines over 3 rows. 16 seems a good compromise between clearance and row width.
I got a local fabricator to do the welding to my design.
Before anyone comments, I am aware, thanks to Twitter, that the welding may have weakened the tines. It was not an issue I was aware of until it was too late so it may be an expensive balls up!
Hopefully there is enough spring in the coils to let it work ok.
I just need some ground clearing now to try it out.
