Problem was with cars as you know they congregate at places like beaches and country parks , drive up the Sussex Downs you will see hundreds of them parked up and out walking , Cyclists as a whole tend to be loners , well they are around here, they have also been specifically told to ride alone , there is aways a risk that the medicine so too speak here could kill more than the illness as in locking people up and all other knock on effects

Crumbs - cyclists are loners? Well the Lincolnshire mob tend to ride 'as a mob' in full Tour de Lincolnshire regalia. Having said that have not seen any gangs of cyclists since last weekend - although last weekend it was definitely full 'Tour' mode.

Thats my Stats for last year mainly . About 10 of those rides would be Group Rides . Rest solo .

It is, but we all push it sometimes don’t we.
Thats why regs get tighten! pushers
I wonder how many people ever sit down and have a grown up discussion about avoiding death or even think about it , Diet being a big killer , lack of exercise, stress .....
Seen Joe Wicks? on TV this morning on about his exercise channel on youtube, he had to go into A&E as he fell off his bike and sprained/broke his wrist. Undo pressure on NHS at this time!

Around 600 in the uk die from falling downstairs . 90 from cycle accidents. Remember that when you come down stairs
Oh ffs have some common sense, 100% of people die, remember that when you don't wake up one morning!
90% of people use stairs everyday.
5% of the population cycle every day.

It's about percentage of users not just numbers.

Last paragraph spot on, !!!!!
Already I think 5 Suicides directly from Corona,
Massive mental and sociological effects accruing.
Non Corona medical conditions, now not treated, that will lead to death.?
Perspective is needed.
