One of my tenants is a carpenter, he uses knot sealer to cover any blemishWhat did you use to cover the knot's in the door frames before you painted them as they are bad to paint over and to look right

Not moved in yet probably leave it till April and get the landscaping done around the outside as I fear if everything not done like this it won’t get done very quick no blinds or curtains any where yet as most places shut as such , it’s all signed off And complete to the regs ect I have looked at some film for the top section of glass and have samples so will probably go with that to reduce a bit of glare from the sun , due to the landscape you only see sky through the triangle windows do shouldn’t look odd shaded I can’t remember what the epc came out at but it’s not as low as I thought it would be the heatings been in since mid September and it’s twice a warm as this 20 year old bungalow we are in now and checked gas usage the other day and it’s really economical , are you at roc stage yet ?Have you got moved in to the house now ? did you get a EPC heating rating for it & if you did what did it come out as ?, have you got any blinds or curtains on the glass end of the house were the glass goes right up to the roof. @Forever Fendt
WE are getting closer, kitchen is 80% fitted, painter has done a little bit, blind company was here the other day having a look & they said blinds on the triangle widows do not work & to put film on them if we had known this we would have put different glass in , Got our EPC back and we are very happy with it came back as a group A with 93 points , all most as good as a pressure house with sealed windows, will have to see how things go flooring still to go down & painting to finish off , maybe be in by the end of FebNot moved in yet probably leave it till April and get the landscaping done around the outside as I fear if everything not done like this it won’t get done very quick no blinds or curtains any where yet as most places shut as such , it’s all signed off And complete to the regs ect I have looked at some film for the top section of glass and have samples so will probably go with that to reduce a bit of glare from the sun , due to the landscape you only see sky through the triangle windows do shouldn’t look odd shaded I can’t remember what the doc came out at but it’s not as low as I thought it would be the heatings bern in since mid September and it’s twice a warm as this 20 year old bungalow where in now and checked gas usage the other day and it’s really economical , are you at roc stage yet ?
We were offered lots of choices for perfect fit blinds for the triangle windows but thought they would look a little odd on just those or epc is not as good as yours it could be some thing to do with large volume of glass although it is only a prediction I guess it would in reality be better as all areas of insulation have been up graded from the original approval and specifications the cert does say England and Wales perhaps we are on a different page to yourselves although I can’t see whyWE are getting closer, kitchen is 80% fitted, painter has done a little bit, blind company was here the other day having a look & they said blinds on the triangle widows do not work & to put film on them if we had known this we would have put different glass in , Got our EPC back and we are very happy with it came back as a group A with 93 points , all most as good as a pressure house with sealed windows, will have to see how things go flooring still to go down & painting to finish off , maybe be in by the end of Feb
