We have a new next door neighbour (just house). Nice lady, divorced, about 70, moved up from Nice

next door is our farmer neighbours spare house. Every tenant there before has used it as a squat and not looked after it. This lady has made it a real nice home, so I’m chuffed for the house and my farmer neighbour
