Claas 2800 rake individual rotor lift

Got a Claas 2800 with the mechanical individual rotor lift ( 3 way gate valve operated manually in the cab) which is a faff to use so I want to plumb it into 2 individual spools but this has to be done in a particular way so that I don’t bypass the hydraulic transport switch which lets the rake drop down next the road when folded up - as if bypassed it would mean I could slide the rake right in when in the working position and catch the curtain or worse still the other rotor. Has anyone pics or a diagram of what I need to do. The manual valve has three hoses coming to the cab so confused.

It's not that bad 🤷

Not sure if it helps or is applicable but have a priority valve on my KV rake which will lift the rotor closest to the hedge if going anticlockwise in the field.

Is the 3 hoses just 1 supply from spool valve and the 1 pipe going to each rotor lift ram.
Do you still have to pull a rope to lift up for transport?
The sliding in an out will be on a separate spool so won't be affected.

I would have thought it's a case off remove the 3 pipes put 2 directly into tractor spools (2 single acting) and remove the valve block and 1 supply pipe.

Hydraulic hoses in the cab were illegal before Claas launched these rakes, don't know how they get around it.
They haven’t got around it as it was never designed to be in the cab, most get mounted outside around the bottom of rear window so it can be reached from the seat, down to the owner if they decide to drag it into the cab

I'd say it wasn't designed at all! Raking with the back window open? No thanks.
An electric diverter valve with a switch in the cab is what they should be fitting but they still don't offer it. Only options are the manual diverter or a rotor on each spool.

I have an hours experience on a twin rotor rake and that didn’t have individual lift from memory (it was 15 years ago) but that seems like an abysmal design. Surely at the least they could have a valve block with cables on, levers in the cab? Spearhead mower I used to drive had this.

I toyed with the idea of that and spoke to a local hydraulics guy but for some reason reckoned it wasn't that easy.

I must look at the Pottinger at work again but I think it just has a pair of 3 way solenoid diverter valves with a port on each valve blanked off. With no power on the valve the oil flows straight through and with power on the valve it isolates that lift ram.
You could also fit a single, 3 position solenoid valve that springs to centre but I don't think it would let you hold a rotor in the air while raising and lowering the other one.

Thanks if you could I'd appreciate it
