I have the same problem with origin 20 10 10 this year. First 2 bags were a problem as I didn't realise and once the bottom is cut your committed 🙈😳
Lots of hitting and prodding and got it spread.
All the bags now I giving them a good rolling forwards and backwards and dropping.
Many a Varispreader fell victim to the new 500kg prill, back in the day.

Mate is a rep for a fert company. He had a tale of an old boy come in to a merchant with a small vicon wagtail. A bag was opened above it, there was that big a solid lump fell out it burst the plastic hopper. So he had to get the man a hopper for his wagtail.

We had some a year or two back that was solid in the bag
Supplier compensated well.
It was going into a brand new spreader, so I wasn`t keen on dropping big lumps in from a height.
It was Origin
Have never had problems with Diamond products
