We mix wheat and Barley when blowing it into the tower and it comes out as a nice mix for rolling but not sure if the beans will mix in the same when blown in or if they will all go to one side...

Have to agree with Boris on this one, you cannot recycle your way out of the plastics issue!
Ask any composter / food waste / ad plant... if the plastics weren't in the feedstock in the first place then there wouldn't be...
