Whats the thoughts on milk vending machines? We're organic currently milking 120 cows, would like to expand the herd but getting extra organic land is difficult, so thought selling some of the milk we produce via vending machine could be an option.The farm isnt located near any town or village...

Ok so, thinking of going onto business with the neighbour as he has dairy cows, can anyone advise me on a company that can supply bottling equipment. Would ideals be looking at plastic pint bottles with a screw on top. anyone had any experience in small scale bottling ?

Is a colour sorter the only way? Will aspiration not get rid of some ?

Any ideas how to get them out? we are using a master drier and trying to separate them using a sieve when coming out of the unloading chute, very slow though!

What do people think about putting floating covers on slurry lagoons? Good thing or not?

Just a curious thought. Realy struggling to keep the grain from ending up back on the floor, never been a problem until we started the MF adventure. Is it something I'm doing wrong in setting it or are they just not as good at sorting the mass of material, tried all sorts of settings and speeds...

Is there such thing as a mobile slurry separator? Say someone with a big generator running a pump and a seperator with the liquid going into a nurse tank to be pumped away by your tanker?
