There is a Ford ranger on autotrader by a company called deranged. If you search price high to low it’s the top one. £84k and it’s sold! Some hideous purple thing too!

@lloyd , motoring is guilt free. Fuel tax is punitive i.e you pay to play, it's not our fault if the government doesn't utilise the funds raised to address the problem penalised.
512hp ok if you have a private race track or live in the remotest of areas
but down south it will only gain you a couple of places in a traffic queue.
The roads are that busy you can catch the traffic back up with a tractor.

In the 1970's I had an early Landcruiser that had to be dragged back by a Land Rover in Western Australia as they had a design fault where the bell housing was vented and the dust got in and eventually wore it away!!

They did get much better though, unlike the Nissan!
nowt wrong with the nissan td42 trucks. navaras however......

Not knocking any one, but how the f**k did we cope with a series 3 or turbo 90s?

We didn’t know any better and we’re happy to plod along at 50mph downhill with a following wind

Just like the local school bus, used to be a 28 HP Bedford, now about 500 HP foreign thing, kids still got to school in both.
Or 30K tractor when 100 horse was "big"
Now it's 3 times the power & twice the speed.
