Their own wrap is usually less than silotite,so that needs to be £57ish to be competitive. That is back a decent bit from last year.I got quoted £62.50 off mole today for silotite….think they’ll need to sharpen their pencils

I didn’t get a price for their own, I’ve used silotite quite a lot over the years and been happy…I’m waiting for prices from 3 different companies but they are saying they don’t have new season prices yetTheir own wrap is usually less than silotite,so that needs to be £57ish to be competitive. That is back a decent bit from last year.
I used silotite for years, but about 10 years ago I had a batch that was very variable. Each roll would vary from 27-35 bales a roll (4 layers)been using mainly their own Total Bale since with no problems.I didn’t get a price for their own, I’ve used silotite quite a lot over the years and been happy…I’m waiting for prices from 3 different companies but they are saying they don’t have new season prices yet
It'll take a litre a bale to bale and wrapHow much diesel would the wrapper on a combi use? I get 300+ out of a tank full with my wrapper with the power pack.
Time you went out and bought some kit, thing's don't run for nothing nowadays,Can anyone explain how a roll of wrap at £60 ish wraps 20 bales so £3 per bale of wrap yet a baling contractor charges £11 per bale wrapped and £3 per bale unwrapped
Does it cost £4 per bale to put the wrap on?
Making 500 bales a year would be £2000 against a wrapper.
