Still considering the "sow after winter barley" approach for the ahl2.
Would replace a break crop.
All mixes contain a cereal, - spring barley or spring wheat.
Anybody worried about not getting a clean cereal break with this approach. Or is Feb to September a long enough break?

I don’t think it would be no. Just my opinion. Can you use oats?

Why do this? Other options are more straightforward in terms of meeting the aims of the scheme. SFI options can be utterly risk free. With other options can be a better take all break.

£££ is why.
I've tried looking at other options, but ahl2 then ahl1 in the same crop year just pays too well
