I need one with 13cfm , a lot of them don’t tell you cfm, litres ? Anyone know of any good ones for sale 13cfm offers or anything .
13cfm is 370 lpm. Not an insubstantial compressor!

Something like this at the budget end...

There's £50 off this one if you leave and come back once or twice. [10%]

or this...

Or this Hyundai...

Hyundai power tools can be bought direct from the importer located at Pembroke Dock, Pembrokshire.

I’ve bought a clipex sheep handler that requires air , If im honest I was expecting it to run on a lot smaller comp than 13cfm , I must double check when it arrives seems big comp to me ?

Bloody ell looked up online and in the clipex book it actually says 18cfm ! Sure sales man said 13 , might have to pipe it from my workshop if I’m going to have to spend 500 or more I think .

Make sure that what you buy is fitted with a pressure regulated outlet at the top to run lower pressure tools as well as the standard end outlet. Also order quick attach couplings and a tyre inflation kit. All of which will probably be extra but all available at good motor factors locally if you forget.
I have about 12m of air hose on my compressor so that it reaches most wheels without having to move the vehicle. Good quality reinforced yellow air hose not the springy spirally crap that comes with cheap Italian kits.

In 1985 I teamed up with two other friends to build a specialist Land-Rover workshop. We built a few show winning LR's and some Lotus Cortinas/Anglias and a multitude of other fun vehicles. Then the landlord wanted to move. We split all the tools that we'd bought into three and went our separate ways.
Long story @Hilly but I got the compressor and that went into my next workshop in which I did wood-work/Forestry machine repairs and carried on with fun cars.
The compressor we originally bought was a SIP 20CFM two cylinder 'pro' machine and up until 2012 served me well. I then moved away to sunny Suffolk and the compressor was sold. I h=now have a road-tow Atlas-copco 100CFM machine that does everything.
The 20CFM was bought to run an orbital sander as this tool demanded a lot of air to run properly. 100CFM means I can dig a hole with an air-spade in minutes and remove the soil with my hands! I can blow tyres up and do orbital sanding if needed as it is volume not pressure that one needs. Ah, it will go to 80PSI if needed but a tyre does not need this except if you run an Ifor Williams trailer with those horrible low-profile tyres that fail with a big bang!
Hope this helps (y)
This its replacement new;https://www.sipuk.co.uk/sip-06289-airmate-isbd5-5-270-belt-drive-oil-lubricated-air-compressor.html

Speak to Reg the rep at Thorburns. He has a wee petrol powered compressor that he uses for his demos.
Would something identical not do, then you could work out on the hill etc ??

New to here but I know a little bit about compressors, and a lot of them have their CFM ratings at zero pressure. When you order one make sure it is at the correct CFM and pressure that you need to operate.

Yes the cfm is governed by the compressor size. When you compress a cubic ft of air in becomes smaller, the higher the pressure the smaller it gets. Therefore 13cfm free air displacement will be a lot lower at at say 100psi. I hope this makes sense...

I've got a te pari and run it off a little 50 litre compressor. It copes with it and doesn't need to run all time. I'll look tomorrow a see what CFM it does can't remember if it was £99 or £199
