Wasters Nicked a brand new range rover from a local supermarket years ago by grabbing a signal from these keyless vehicles allegedly.
Guess ok in the pouch but if you got to use key or press something then you got to take it out sometime ?

Pressing a button for remote central locking is so hard
it really makes you wonder why it was even thought about in the first place.
Keyless entry oh they will never hack that..:X3:
Goods not fit for purpose iam amazed anyone rich enough hasnt taken some of the makers to court over this farce.
Whats other brands like do they use diff safer tech??

It’s actually very handy if you’re hands are full of bags, that you don’t want to place on the ground.

Not making excuses, like I said we don’t have it anymore. You even have to press the button twice to open all the doors, sensible again, but not convenient.
Must have been progress eh.... oh dear
Thankfully JLR has never had a penny out of me & most likely wont.
All vehicles here have a physical key & secure remotes too access them.
Its not broken never needed fixing.
Bet its cost them a fortune & not ended yet.

good watch

Not good if you’re off on holiday with a boot full of stuff and you know the key is somewhere in the car as it will start up but not entirely sure where….you drive off and get there and end up ripping everything out just to find the keys so you can lock it 🙈 according to a friend 😁

Keyless entry has been major progress that was never needed in flashy cars mind hasnt it
Bitten JLR right in the dogs doodaa's thats for sure.
New 2022/3 Hilux pickups are now becoming the most stolen lately, apparently there is a new device to gain entry and something to do the the rear door window area, that if they rock the vehicle, the window drops and allows signal etc
