Hired a Yamaha Grizzly 450 (old type) last year for £150/week. Never seen anything drink petrol so quick.

Had one of the old 600's, now put that in front of a Logic tandem axle bogey with a 600l sprayer on heavy soil, now that REALLY did sup fuel. 10mpg!!! Swapped for a Suzuki 400 that was a different animal altogether, but not as much fun!

It was quite ludicrous really... Even pelleting, it would only do 25mpg.
You can have my barsteward if you pay for the repairs it needs every other day.

Could of bought a nice old Honda for 2k used it then sold it for 2k again

And have all of those problems that come with it too? 1 of the other bikes packed up while the hire bike was with us and it was due to go back, we had the hire bike for free over that period while 1 of the other bikes had brakes/discs etc done on it. It was certainly cheaper than staff standing around
