Its anyones guess it seems. Best mate had a very bad reaction, I think his wife was ready to phone an ambulance lol. Others seem to get nothing.

Risk of blood clots seems to be very small statistically speaking but still there. Long term effects? I don't think anyone can answer that yet

A young man in his late 40 's that bowls in my team ,had a bloot clot in his lung after Covid .

You takes your choice in life ,but vaccination every time for me - unless you want to play the numbers game - in which case you wouldnt cross the road

Oh I had AZ and might well have the second one the same

The stats say that your chances of a dangerous reaction are vanishingly small, but that is not much consolation if it is you or a loved one.....

I have had the az vaccination (age 59).
I am not so sure that my 25yr old daughter should

Son in law (late 30s) had AZ and was poleaxed for three days, couldn't move, pains in spine, struggled to breathe. Got over it slowly. Don't know if he had a second but IMO if you've played chess with the Grim Reaper and won, you don't press for a rematch.

So it's a lottery, I suppose.

Is the zeneca a electric version of the astra ? great cars .

FFS man grow a pair far more likely to have a car crash going to get it than being ill from it

My worry would be if he suffered so much with a dead vaccine what would his reaction be to the real thing, a lot of people get a reaction with the first jab but not so many with the second.

Yes, but given no one catching covid now.... The only way you are going to be ill(in a covid related way) is from the vaccine.
