Be very careful I know a guy who tried to get his money back on his robots and another guy who tried suing for his rotary. Both lost and burnt through a lot of money in the process. One guy definitely in the right but he still lost.

Barristers are,I believe, instructed by solicitors, so your starting point would be one of the legal firms with agricultural specialism, eg Shakespear Martineau, Burgess Salmon.
I’m a qualified Solicitor (property side more than civil litigation) so no problems instructing Counsel. Just wanted to know if anyone knew of any who had handled this type of matter, saves a lot of time and money getting them acquainted with industry background.

Very true. But it’ll be mostly my time as I won’t need to pay a Solicitor 👍. You wouldn’t be able to put me in touch with them by any chance?

Can highly recommend this guy. Down to earth and very professional. A solicitor like yourself, I know, but I'm sure he would point you in the right direction.

Sorry I am unable to comment as its an ongoing legal matter. If it progresses to court it will become public knowledge soon enough.
As I mentioned above, we are in a similar situation with a dairy company. If you do look in to getting a band of people together to all have a pop at them then please let me know, we would be happy to pay our share etc… we are stuck between a rock and a hard place with them, and so is a friend of mine on the other side of the country who used a different dealer.
It’s concerning robots, with a company who have already been sued for a large sum in the USA. If your in the same boat and do need a hand with anything please get in touch

From my bitter and costly experience, do not employ someone who has done regular legal work for the NFU MUTUAL, they will look after them first to protect their income.
