Well I received an e-mail today stating that my NRSO membership has been suspended due to only having 28 points, despite only recently attending a course on you've guessed it "knapsack spraying" so despite my insistence that I should have another 10 points from a course attended on the 12th Jan, they dont believe me. So I now have to wait until they process all the course info etc.
What a load of rubbish this whole saga is, dealing with them takes the meaning of "useless" to a whole new level, and I thought dealing with Thames Water was bad but in comparison they are excellent.
Whoever thought all this rubbish up wants standing up against a wall and shooting.

And best of all we actually pay them money to be members and they can't seem to keep the (very simple) records updated.

I had a message saying I could apply for Noroso points, I opened it then realised I could not remember my number, so closed it intending to do it later. It now seems to of disappeared.

Just phone them and tell them what they have not done and they will correct it, it is rubbish but just play the game! and keep them on your side!!
That will depend on who you get to speak to ,laura is great, but not all of the noroso staff are as helpful in my experience. Lazy , jobsworths , would be a good description of certain people !!

How quickly are the NRoSO points added to the account after the form is filled in?
Did mine on Friday , checked CPD today and the're on already .
Why is it that tff noroso points can be done electronically but sprayer test, and meetings with agronomist evidence have to be posted, even tho sprayer test is now electronic not paperwork . It's a half and half ,half arsed system .

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
