Always the way.small,crappy frosted ones making £2 each in Spitalfields yesterday. Grow lovely massive white ones through the summer and they're worth bugger all!!

-4 for a few days has had a serious effect on supply and quality, we’re seeing pepper spot on the curd so makes some of the cauli either unmarketable or class 2 that supermarkets won’t take. A minimum 12cm curd size is the rule but I’ve seen some shocking ones in sainsburys the other day.

In Morrisons last night curds were in very poor state. Brown almost. Pepper spot. No wrapper lead. They looked as though they were used in the big game last Sunday in Qatar.
