not fit up for dairy and bit small to make a full time living from, but for 60 odd acre and close to the motorway, its not much more money than a house on its own with the buildings, land will be a bit wet, and drainage would help it, would be a good starter farm for a youngish couple @multi power as plenty of dairy farms in area to relief milk at freeing up some of your day to be at home do do your own work,
or a retirement farm @eulb its in a ring fence no near neighbors, and still able to keep some stock for a hobby

17 miles to Ayr market, 30 minutes to Ayr by car. Think you are probably being a bit harsh.
15 minutes from Trump Turnberry hotel and golf course. Sold a bit of land off it last year making it a less viable unit now unfortunately. Also only 5 miles from Nestle Girvan where milk went when they were milking.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
