Get it bought if you think its cheapHow come that is so cheap compared to down here? Does the grass grow in reverse or something?
Bit like Goldilocks and the three Bears, up north too wet, down south too dry and Cheshire, well just perfect [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]Get it bought if you think its cheap

Whats Clea Hall like?Wigton quite a nice area to farm due to the predictable weather.
It's either awful or bloody awful.

Think I remember a bloke called Hill showing Shorthorns at local shows years ago from that farmNot a name I recognise sorry.
Good farm, good area we have a few customers around there. Some big dairy units in the area so a lot of demand for land. Nothing is cheap down there.Whats Clea Hall like?
not fit up for dairy and bit small to make a full time living from, but for 60 odd acre and close to the motorway, its not much more money than a house on its own with the buildings, land will be a bit wet, and drainage would help it, would be a good starter farm for a youngish couple @multi power as plenty of dairy farms in area to relief milk at freeing up some of your day to be at home do do your own work,
or a retirement farm @eulb its in a ring fence no near neighbors, and still able to keep some stock for a hobby

So do II like that!
15 minutes from Trump Turnberry hotel and golf course. Sold a bit of land off it last year making it a less viable unit now unfortunately. Also only 5 miles from Nestle Girvan where milk went when they were milking.17 miles to Ayr market, 30 minutes to Ayr by car. Think you are probably being a bit harsh.
