Have just got a new 215 r and am struggling to find anywhere to fix control boxes. How are others doing it?

If you'd bought a new Holland they put one in as standard!

Local dealer makes their own bar from front pillar to back pillar which works well but you won’t get outta the right hand side door again but who really uses that door any ways?
There are threaded holes in the pillars for such a bar but you do need to drill through trim if plugs are not there. Probably also available from JD at a price🙄

Now Then..
There are 2 x M10 threaded holes in the rear pillar for mounting control boxes etc. They are 120mm apart, one is visible via a plastic plug holding the trim on.. There are others on other pillars, the details are all in the operators manual..
I usually use some flat bar and an offcut of small PTO tubing. Then mount the control box on a female section of PTO tube for easy removal when not in use..
Here's one I made earlier using box tubing as I had no PTO tubing to hand..

Deere make one which works well. Goes from rear pillar down to the door ram. Also do one that bolts from the side of the arm rest. That way the monitor moves with the seat.
The one you're meaning wobbles something serious and the screen on the arm rest clatters into it . Mine is now lying in the workshop. They do make another piece that goes up to the roof that will take the wobble off it .

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
