You try outwintering cattle in woodland and the ministry will have you. I know someone who fell foul of that.

They are using cattle. I have a feeling other places do it too, usually Highlands or Galloways though if I remember rightly.

What Britain needs to do is stop building houses all over the countryside and spoiling it surprisingly rapidly .

Exactly, bury the trash? the "blight" of large scale development, ie housing, roads business parks and the like, is truely frightening? most of which is been built on land that is, was farmed land, so all the time the UK, loses its capacity to grow, feed its self, while the very loss of this land , much to housing, for it, the UKs growing population? a massive massive "trainwreck" in the very near future?
