i'm running 25mm dutch openers on my Horsch Sprinter at 25cm row spacing. The only real downsides are the wide rows can be bad for blackgrass etc if you have a weed issue. They work best straight into stubble and when its wet they don't pull up lots of wet lumps like wider points. The main downside is if you have a blocked coulter it looks even worse than normal!
I found the 12mm point and 250mm row width
Maybe good for black grass but i found the lack of competition for brome can make the weed a bigger problem.
