Electronic NVZ templates

Wasted much of the morning looking for a suitable NVZ recording template (as we were promised one by Welsh Government) as I have been spooked by a neighbour having an NRW inspection which he said was the worst he'd ever undergone so can anyone recommend a suitable tool or do I just make my own on Excel and wing it?

I use Planet. Not the easiest programme to use, but it does cover the NVZ recording rules in England and I believe Wales too. Might be worth checking it out.

Although I would add, I have a secondary Excel document I've made for myself too!

You’re keen on the sainted isle. There isn’t a farmer in Pembrokeshire that’s going to jump to their tune.

Does the workbook that WAG have produced not do it?
I hope it does vox thats what I was planning on using for our upcoming going-over

All pen & paper … which is fine if you’ve only got a handful of fields. Plus the only template I could find is dated 2014 despite promises that there would be “resources”

Gave up with PLANET years ago, it’s pants. Have spent the last few years cobbling together Greenlight grower and spread sheets, greenlight doesn’t do grass properly and no availability of N from slurry.

Had to get everything better for this year so have trialled Navi gate pro, I like it. Perhaps not the smoothest interface but it does everything and is not complicated. N max, N farm limit, manure exports/imports, organic manures, storage. The guys are really helpful on the phone.

Have just decided I will buy it, have an EA inspection tomorrow and NE have seen everything i’ve produced and no complaints yet.
