Just sold one like that. Not as heavily built as some others but looked a good tool.
It was a pig to fold out. The arms go over centre when vertical and only come down by gravity.
You might want to put the gearbox back together first though
I'm curious what that plate is on the far arm with 2 angled slots. Mine didn't have that but could see where the brackets were
Has it got the linkage that puts the box into neutral when folded up?Certainly will put the input shaft back in. Got a new bevel gear ordered. I did notice its gravity feed down. Hence why it didn’t want to go down to start with. Will use it for harvest then put it in the shop, blast it and paint it. Make it look pretty.

Got mine from a sale and 2 muppets were telling everyone it was no good as the pto wasn’t driving anything. I just agreed with them then bought it. Obviously I explained how it worked afterwards
We’ve got a 2013 model, good Tedder and does what it should, the border spreading where you angle the wheels is tricky to get the depth right so the wheels grip to pull it round but the tines don’t dig in, apart from that no problems at all
How do you make it turn for headlands? I’ve seen a video of it turned it but it didn’t show how it was done.
I thought that but it’s barely worth it. It’s only a few seconds jobI see, that could have a hydraulic cylinder put on to it to make it easier! If only I had the time to
Do it.

mines the same but the paints lasted better? It does the job good enough
Main issue is the older tine arms go brittle and break off at the bolt hole at random moments occasionally so get a couple spares
Yeah I really like fella tackle used to have a fella rake and got a new fella mower conditioner 2 year ago that’s been brilliant and a big improvement on the kvernland we used to haveI like the fella machines. They seem well built with out just throwing iron in for the sake of weight. I’ve just machined a bevel gear and new shaft to go into it. Paint isn’t as bad as some. It’s seems machinery’s Achilles heel paint. Already wanting a 6 rotor. [emoji854]

And your tedders been kept outside I take it ? Never seen one go brown like yours
