Don't you struggle calving that many? You must have some employees with all them

Do you find you get many dopey buggars that struggle to suck or find the old Milky Way? With them numbers only takes two of the 17 you calved last night then another 2 next day and then your in a whole lot of mess and stress lol

Funny question the Mrs asked me earlier!

Do you actually enjoy calving???

What's everyone's answer to this???

Look forward it but can't wait for it to end

Same here spend all ages not being able to wait to start about 5 weeks left now and can't wait to turnout.
What breeds are you running? Hope you don't have to intervene too much with that many calving down every day

Just me and dad for all the cattle. Got a couple lads here to help with lambing at the moment also but they don't get involved with the cow's. No suckling dopey calves so far. Using char SIM lim and Angus bulls and mostly Angus and lim x cows. I use rumenco's lifeline pre Calver mineral I think its great. Off to bed now dad is on late checks tonight but I'm up a 2am to start again.
