Help with buying a Compact Tractor

Hi all. I'm looking for a advice on the best compact tractor around 40hp which will be used for looking after 6 acres of flat land. 5.5 acres is a field and .5 acres is garden/lawn area. Basically only looking to cut the field probably with a flail. Seen a Kubota L1361 and a New Holland Boomer 35. Similar prices although Boomer 1k more. Would I be better served with a John Deere or a Iseki? I have a 2007 road registered Land Legend 26hp with split loader to trade in. (not man enough for a decent sized flail) Also would like it Hydrostatic. Don't need a loader now but maybe in the future.

Anyone in/near Somerset with a second hand one they want to PX or any ideas welcome.
Appreciate the help.

at least if you buy a small conventional tractor you can buy implements that are mainstream, instead of the expensive "micro" kit, that if unwanted could prove very hard to sell on, where as a Belmac 5'6'' topper would always find a buyer.
