Or in my case carry on using itI've reached the conclusion you're better off weighing in S/H machinery at the local scrap yard now.

Much of mine came from the scrap yardOr in my case carry on using it
Mines heading to scrapyard but need another lifetime out of it first .....Much of mine came from the scrap yard
Agree, had a whole host of stuff to sell last year in the 500-2000 bracket, just wasn’t worth the time and hassle so weighed it in.I've reached the conclusion you're better off weighing in S/H machinery at the local scrap yard now.

Was it Charles Ziola by any chance he emailed me about everything I've got for sale on TFF, I ignored him in the end
Oh well, you cost him a postage stamp at least.View attachment 1079955Funny you mention that name
Possibly a new rubber stamp as well!Oh well, you cost him a postage stamp at least.
You`ve wealthy relatives dotted all around the world...I got a letter the other day, saying my Russian overlord relative Martyn Driver had died invading Ukraine and I was inheriting 98 million quid.
I was adopted, so I always have a slight hint of hope in these things. Although I don’t think I am the barsteward child of Congolese warlord which was another offer I had last year.
Presumption like that would make you a victim very quickly.Isn’t there a section of cleared and uncleared funds on your online banking screen. I presume once a cheque is cleared/ legitimised ,it goes into the cleared section and the money is then yours, before that it is pending.
Agreed, weve had moderate success putting things in collective sales but selling privately with the tyre kickers coming and offers by text message is to much hassle for us.I've reached the conclusion you're better off weighing in S/H machinery at the local scrap yard now.

You ask why any one uses cheques , here’s one example if you need a a V5 registration document form dvla and you haven’t had one for that machine before you need to pay DVLA Swansea £25 and there is no option that I can see of doing a bank transfer or card payment and you can’t send cash or Guinea pigs for the payment so only leaves chequesWhy does ANYONE still use cheques ?
that’s my biggest question
direct eft transfer into your account
once it’s in, it’s in
I literally can’t remember the last time I banked a cheque or wrote a cheque
