How remote is you farm?

Was thinking earlier how remote some farms are.
We have a 5 minute journey to supermarket, doctor, school, takeaways and nearest farming neighbour.
10 minutes to engineering facilities, hydraulic hose repairs and lots of industrial supplies.
20 minutes to agricultural supplies.
30 minutes to a city centre.
But then I look at other farms and they are an hour or so away from anything! Must be nice in some respects but difficult at times!
How remote is yours?

Back to work next month in Iceland. Nearest neighbour 35 minutes drive away, town is an hour and ten minutes away.
cut off for a day or two quite regularly with snow.
plenty folks about as he has a hotel, but when it’s quiet it’s quiet!

5 miles to neighbours and then half hour to town. No “normal”car access for 8 months. Quite tempted to see what real remote is like for a while.
