Read it this a.m. .JC is telling it how it is,but I really feel that he could do with a farm manager to get his estate up & running, probably a "working farm manager " would suffice.
My daughter suggested the same with your’s truly in mind!
His kids and my kids learned horse riding together, but I once forced his GT40 off the road with my Combine and he might recognise Me as the driver!
He is a great chap and chances are we would get on like the proverbial...... most of the time.
But what would happen when we didn’t?

I know Kaleb too.......best of luck mate!

In Clarksons situation I disagree (But in a commercial business I agree with you), if I was Clarkson earning more money from all his interests other than farming, why would I/you want to make a profit from my hobby farm and pay yet more tax to HM Tax system.
I expect Clarkson will earn a lot more fees writing his Jibberish articles about farming than most farmers this year. GOOD ON HIM.

He's in the entertainment business not the business of farming. Amazon are hardly going to pay big money for a series of "rich man buys farm, employs good Manager, farm is well managed".
They are paying money to film things going wrong. Where Clarkson comes into his own is that he is smart enough to 'engineer' those things going wrong.
