I’ve been thinking about this a bit and 10 k / acre + cost of planting in the first year. Then a £250 / acre management fee index linked for 20 years might make me think seriously about it . No public access!

Having already been asked about this by a supermarket the answer was £100,000/ac. They did not gasp or create a fuss either ……… read into that what you will!

Exactly it’s a scam based on a lie. Businesses that emit CO2 can charge consumers whatever the government lets them. There is no benefit to the environment.
