I've a standard v150, the extreme version spins a bit faster, but don't know if they pack any more in?

Last year 130 cm diameter bales of barley averaged 220kg.

130cm bales of wheat dust and stoor (never seen it so dry, or brittle) averaged 210kg.

The Krone will pick up and bale anything from soaking wet long horrible rank grass, to monstrous rows of shiny slippy straw.

Net system is finicky to set up, but works very well once you get the correct brake tension.

Bale eject seams slow because the door rams are single acting, and it closes by gravity. However bales per hour output have been comparable to welgar, McHale, and CNH machines working in the same fields.

I'm very content with it and happy that it wasn't a poltice of a purchase?

a good allrounder we have had Krone for the best part of 30 yrs ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the one we have at the moment is an Extreme lot stronger built , but we have had trace belts snap on every one we have had even the extreme, My advice for what its worth buy them new then get rid of before they have done 30000 bales , we had many KRONE balers before the comprimas ,the comprima is quiet and fast.. bale anything but just the trace belts can be trouble

Standard 150 here.. 4ft bales always 200-250kg over farm weighbridge. Super simple and will make a bale out of anything you drive over, even axial flow dust  (y)
