Got an extra scraper plate with the vb I picked up earlier in year. I thought I'd fit it to save it lying about and or lost. Couldn't zoom in on diagrams to see exact position. Would anyone know if these are correct holes as it would appear it's held in by head of Allen bolts on one side and not clamped if so? Scraper is part number vgwa01595. Cheers

It is a tear drop bar. It is fitted in the holes you have at the picture. It need to be mounted with allan head screws. One side you mound the screws inside the bar before mounting. Then you can put the heads of the allan screws inside the big holes. Make sure you put the welded side below. lock the bar with the bold at the side with the small holes.
